Hello there.. as my first post, I would like to share about one of the greatest way the Malaysian government has improved the public delivery system. It is no other than introducing My E.G. Services Berhad or famously known as MyEG. It is actually the concessionaire for the Malaysian E-Government MSC Flagship Application with primary role as the service provider that essentially provides the electronic link that enables seamless transactions between the government and people as well as businesses.
Today, there are 9 government departments and agencies/ GLC has made some of their services available through MyEG, namely Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ), Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia, Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN), Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Telekom Malaysia, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur and Pusat Pungutan Zakat MAIWP.
